Please be advised of the 50% Non-Refundable Deposit Policy as listed below:

Reservation Confirmation: To secure your appointment for any makeup service provided by An’s Glam Makeup, a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total service cost is required.

Booking Procedure: Upon scheduling your appointment, you will be informed of the deposit requirement. Your booking will only be confirmed once the deposit is received.

Deposit Payment: The deposit can be paid via portal, PayID, Bank transfer or cash and must be paid before booking.

Cancellation Policy: Please note that the deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, the deposit will not be returned or applied towards future bookings.

Exceptions: An’s Glam Makeup reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy in extraordinary circumstances, at its discretion.

Balance Payment: The remaining balance for your makeup service is due on the day of your appointment and must be paid in full before services are rendered.

Failure to Attend: Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit, and you will be required to make a new booking with another deposit payment.

By booking an appointment with An’s Glam Makeup, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of this 50% Non-Refundable Deposit Policy. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

We kindly request clients to arrive on time for scheduled appointments, and please note that additional costs of $20 per additional 10 minutes may apply for extensive trial times. While we empathise with unforeseen situations, this policy ensures a fair and consistent approach to cancellations and time extensions while maintaining the quality of our services.

Frizzy Hair note: If your hair is very frizzy or requires additional straightening before styling, there may be an extra cost.
